Whats the best way to get numbers on a IPHONE with a PC ?

A friend asked me the question... I do not have a PC here so I couldnt help him. Has about 500+ contacts, and need to put them on the iphone without typing them out again.


Cant you use outlook? If so which version.

I sync my iPhone with outlook 2007. Works like a charm!
