Hey guys I have a few questions that agitate me about Iphone people / users. that I just don't understand... please bare with me.

  1. Who Cares about a removable battery? Why do people honestly give a **** about it being removable? okay so you can buy another for long trips.. OR you can just buy an attachment battery...

  • What is the big deal with Tethered or non-tethered jailbreaking.. Honestly why do you want the dev team to work their asses off to make a non-tethered jailbreak when in all reality its the minutiest inconvience, your litterally clicking a button and the iphone reboots jailbroken, how much more can you expect? who cares if you need to connect to the internet or not to jailbreak it? seriously its not on their list of things to get done...

so yea I have more but those are the most annoying of my agitations...

Not that it matters much to me but:

1) If you use your phone for a while and the battery doesn't hold a charge anymore it's a pain in the ass to replace your battery.

2) For people who travel a lot and are away from their home computer they would be screwed if their phone ran out of battery (assuming they don't travel with a computer).

Obviously, most people don't use their iphone long enough to really notice a degradation in battery life and many people travel with laptops that would alleviate #2 to a degree. I certainly don't think it's a huge deal but may be minor/major inconvenience depending on the type of user.

I can care less about a removable battery. For the past 15 years that I owned cellphones I never needed to replace one. And for extra battery life I have an external one and also a car charger if needed.
About the tethered jb thing I could deal with one. Not a huge inconvinience just gotta make sure you don't completelly drain the iPhone while away from a computer.

Actually thats awful advice, read the article, "Even stranger, the Nexus One doesn’t have multi-touch out of the box." if you knew anything about anything, Apple Patented the multi touch in 2007 with the release of the iPhone and standard patens are 7-11 years so no other touch screen is able to mimick or copy that.

There are a ton of things wrong with this blog but dont have the time to disect it.

Finally Yes, if your traveling most likely you will have your charger or laptop with you, if not then what would you do with a regular cell phone? have 10 extra batteries with you? C'mon don't be redicuous.

Finally, how much easier can the Dev team make it to jailbreak, litterally click a mouse button and your set... I think Iphone users don;t see what they have they only see what they don't have and Apple is constantly ahead of the curve... Go get a BB to use their illustrious BBM.

Before you start going on about others not knowing anything about anything, you might want to be sure what exactly Apple patented in terms of the iPhone or you will have kdarling on your back. :D

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and agree with you on number one. There really is no reason for a removable battery. The fact that Apple just switched to the Unibody for the rest of their laptops leads me to believe that Apple agrees and we'll never see the iPhone with one.

As for your second number one, surely you can see how the tethered jailbreak is an inconvenience for some. Everybody has their own habits and if you're an avid jailbreaker who likes installing/uninstalling/reinstalling things when you're bored, there's a lot of times when a reboot is necessary. I agree that people shouldn't be demanding this but making it known that it would be nice is no crime.
