What's the difference between: NVIDIA Quadro 4000 VS Quadro FX 4800

I'm actually wondering what's the difference between these 2 Graphic Cards. From what I red the 4800 seemed to disapoint more, but from Nvidia web site it seems to be more powerful? Not sure to fully understand what's the differences + which one is the older and which one is the newest/ is the older better than the new one etc.
