What's the difference between these two 16GB RAM upgrades for 27"?

If you decide to upgrade, shoot me a PM, i'm looking for some OEM ram to top off my imac, and don't need to get to 16. It'll definately help offset some of the cost :)
 
The OWC brand is our normal offering of memory and carries a lifetime advanced replacement warranty. If you need your OWC brand memory replaced, we will ship to you the same or next business day. This option offers the least amount of downtime in the event of memory failure.

The NuRAM brand is our value line memory offering and carries a lifetime standard warranty. If you need your NuRAM brand memory replaced, we will process the replacement after we receive the defective memory back.

As far as the memory itself goes, both are thoroughly in-house lab tested to ensure high-quality, compatibility and reliability.

Does OWC RAM's lifetime advanced replacement warranty applies internationally...? I'm in the market for 8GB, but wasn't sure to go for OWC or NuRAM...
