What's the largest HDD available to upgrade my AppleTV?

I don't see the point in voiding my warrantly unless it's REALLY worth it (like 500GB or 1TB or something) so, what is the largest hard drive available that will work/fit in the Apple TV?

Not sure if it's necessary info, but I have the 40GB version at the moment.
