Long story short, my employer broke the front glass on his iPad Pro and has tasked me with finding a replacement that he (likely me, unfortunately) can install in its place.

I usually get replacement parts from iFixIt but there's no such listing for this part, and I'm concerned about buying something of much lower quality than what shipped on the device.

While I don't think the 2018 and 2020 screens are interchangeable if this is the kind of pricing you're looking at it might just be easier to have the Apple Store do it.

I found this listing this morning, but I'm unsure at what level of knockoff I'm looking here.

Assume he doesn’t have Apple Care +?

If not, he might have to dig deep into his wallet and pay for an out of warranty service fee from Apple
