The Mac display turns off THEN you have to press any key on the Mac to sort of wake it up then the Mac unlocks. Total time is about 7 seconds. Totally useless.

It would be good if when I approach my Mac it just opens to the desktop right away.

I guess if you use a password that takes 7+ seconds to key in lol

Was an automatic 'disable' for me.

Unlocking with Apple Watch is amazing! At my work computer, say I was to go get some water I would first lock my Mac. I walk away and get the water. When I come back I simply wake up the machine by pressing enter or escape, and in 2 seconds I am logged in!

You need to press it twice. Once to wake it up and once for the enter.

To me automatic means when you approach your mac it automatically goes to desktop or something.

Bruh, it's 1 or 2 seconds. And automatically unlocking when you approach it isn't really useful at work.

You don't have to sit in front of your Mac do you ?

I think the idea is "when u'r close to your mac", but not waiting for something to happen.

To me, its still a gimmick, and although i can understand it would be a good reason to use a long password, the actual reason behind it would be "don't share your Mac"
