Whats the program that scans barcodes to catalog DVDs, Books, CDs, etc?

I saw this nice program for OS X awhile back, but I have forgotten the name of it. (so now I'm unable to find it)

It allows you to use the iSight to scan your barcode on Books, DVDs, and CDs. Then it will get the artwork and let you put it on a virtual bookshelf and then you can keep track of them or "lend" them to people.

Could someone help me?
