maybe its time you stopped asking and started trying to figure them out yourself, use the links stickied in this forum, or at least go to typophile and ask there.
From the short time I've been here, I can tell this is more of a broad design related forum, rather than a typography specific forum. There's utilities available out there for you to use, so why not use them?
Go to http://www.identifont.com or http://www.whatthefont.com to help you identify your fonts. They have utilities that will help you that are fairly easy to use, or you can even consult the experts there.
Those are my two main sources when trying to Identify fonts...
Have you tried the What the Font forums?
Nope. The first 'A' is in good old horrendously omnipresent Curlz, and the rest is good old horrendously omnipresent Bradley Hand.Given that the "A" appears two different ways in capitals, I'd say it's a custom job.
