I bought my G4 15in 1.25 PBook almost two years ago with my educators discount and it was at least $200, maybe $300 off. Recently, I was looking again to see what the discount would be on a mac mini...it was like $50 off and only $100 off of a new PBook. Anyone know for sure if they decreased the discount?

The discount is $300 for the 17", $200 for the 15", $100 for the 12".
And it's $20 off the Mini. Do you really expect $200-$300 off a $500 Mac Mini?

When I used the edu discount recently I figured it was about 10% off. I didn't look at all of the systems (just iMac G5) but it is probably all the same.
PS - not only do you get the initial discount, but everything you add on is cheaper too.
