When you go to: http://www.apple.com/safari/ , the lower half of the graphic, which normally has the words "on any platform" and the "Download Now" button, have disappeared. Has this happened with anyone else? The page is the same one that they had for 1.0 of Safari, and here: http://www.apple.com/macosx/ is has that there is a new version of Safari, which can't be found anywhere on Apple's website (or i haven't found it yet). When do you think they will fix this? Or, when do you think they will release the new version for jaguar, or whatever? Just a minor bug in Apple's webpage, thought that i would draw your attention to it. Or, who knows. It could only be on my computer. ;)

From MacInTouch.com:

"Apple eliminated a download link on its
Safari page, following the release of "Panther", which includes Safari 1.1."

It's also absent from Software Update. Amazingly, it seems that if one wants to upgrade to 1.1, one needs to purchase Panther!

Or, perhaps they are working on getting 1.1 working with Jaguar. Remember, the previous download was 1.0, maybe Apple did not want people downloading an older version of Safari, if 1.1 is just around the corner (for Jaguar users).
