I'm sorry but this is just horrible. Do we really need the same album cover artwork repeated multiple times? Wouldn't it be cleaner to just have a nice graphic at the top (similar to the Beatles artist page) and then the various playlists underneath? And do we even need all these playlists in the first place?

Also, does somebody on the Apple Music team actually look at pages before they're published to ensure graphics don't interfere with text making it hard to read? The album name, artist, genre and year are even harder to read than this screen shot shows.

I'm one of the few that probably doesn't mine the AM UI. However, The Beatles page is simply awful. I agree that it would look much better (and cleaner) to have a graphic at the top of the page with a little blurb about the group, then highlight some of the playists on the page. The first screen print is just all over the place.

My god!! its an advertising attack... I know Apple's trying to do this right but honestly... we get the message loud & clear.

the new UI trend is to not use hamburger menu icons, so they cram everything onto one screen or separate everything on an internal page. the new LinkedIn app did this, what took one tap now requires three to four to find something.
