Once in a great while, I will scroll around in my photo gallery on my iPhone to find a random screenshot such as from the iPhone weather screen.

I have no clue what does this!

Does this happen to you, or am I unknowingly doing something that everyone knows about?

If you press the lock button and the home button at the same time it will take a screenshot and store it in your photo roll. Perhaps you have done this without knowing.
