I can't paste and delete anything on my microSD.

When I try to format on my Mac, it fails and sometimes it says about 'failed to unmount' or 'input or output error'.

This happens after I transferred some files from my Mac to my android phone microSD and vise-verse too.

I searched a little on the internet and found that if I change the path's letter of the microSD I can format it.
It indeed works but the same exact files appears again and again.

Any file i delete it appears again.

Is there a hardware issue on the microSD or a virus or something else ?

You can check wether the particular file(s) is(are) write protected (or access rights changed) and try to change that via finder - or the terminal using chmod / chown
Why microSDs behave suddenly behave as if “write protected” can have several reasons: often file system inconsistencies which, for various reasons, can’t be corrected due to the intrinsic structure.
Try to format it on a different machine or under a different OS. If this doesn’t work, you have to get a new one.

How was the micro sd formatted?
It is formatted as fat32 now.

Edit: Well it seams the MicroSD is dead.

It's good that I can copy the contents, So I backed up the data on it.

Thanks everyone.
