What's wrong with Viber?

I tried to update Viber today and I got this message displayed.



I deleted the App, reinstalled using ITunes because when i try to re-download it form the App store i get the same message.

Guys I am 100% sure that indeed it is my Apple ID Account. So why I getting this stupid message?

Downloading from ITunes also not possible.

Any idea what going on?
