What's your battery capacity?

It depends on how many charge cycles you have. The battery shouldn't drop below 80% until you are at 500 cycles. It's possible your battery dropped to 82% quickly and will hang there for the next year without degrading more.

On average I charge my phone 3 times every 2 days. So that should make about 315 cycles.

Unfortunately at least since iOS 10 that app and similar ones in the App Store don't really seem to be that accurate or good.

As mentioned above. Using that app is not accurate anymore. You need to use a Mac with Coconut battery or PC with iBackupbot to get an accurate number.

I am afraid, even the coconut battery could not give an accurate number.

For some reasons my device has 351 load cycles within less than a year and battery capacity is only 41% of designed capacity. This correlates with rapid battery drain of iOS 10.3. I am not sure.

Coconut battery is 100% accurate. It's using real time battery readings. It's even more accurate than Apple's diagnostics because they are giving you a two week average.

If you are at 41% design capacity, and 351 cycles, your battery has failed prematurely. If you have warranty, you will get a free battery replacement.

However, I just notice a huge fluctuation of "maximum charge". Five minutes ago it was 41%. Now it is 71%.
Load cycle does not change though, so I believe the 351 load cycle is correct.

When a battery is under 80% it becomes unstable. You can see it go from 5% to 55% to 30% capacity in 30 seconds. Very normal behavior. It's a depleted battery.
