What's your favorte online music store aside from iTunes? Where do you like to download music (legally-where you actually have to pay be it monthly or per song)? My personal favorite would have to be Audio Lunchbox.

Sometimes i forget that not the whole world has iTMS which is a shame really

i have never used any othe online music store apart from iTMS

but i say Apple pull the fingers out and put AUS and NZ on the iTMS Map

I used allofmp3.com once..but it just didn't feel right (i know it's shady, and i just couldn't ignore that -- others can, that's fine. i just had a worry at the back of my mind all the time..).

so now i use itunes.

www.bleep.com/

Originally the site for electronic music, now covers everything from Aphex Twin to Franz Ferdinand. Only recently it added the following labels Rough Trade, Device, Fantastic Plastic, Attack, Sanctuary, Sanctuary Urban, Skint, Varial Records, Riddim Killa, Lowlife, Different Recordings, Karaoke, Kalk, Fat Cat, Loaded, Gomma, Dataphysix, Logistic.

And they offer FLAC as well as MP3.

im weird, i almost refuse to buy any music online, and the tracks that i do are impulse buys it seems, i like to go to record stores and sift through the CDs for some reason

Me too. Plus, I don't have the hard drive space to back up all the music I listen to, so I like to have a hard copy. Add to that that my local record store sells CDs for 8 dollars a piece... I don't do much online purchasing.

I've never used allofmp3.com since always been slightly wary of sending my credit card details to a group of Russians who are already running one slightly dodgy business. Their service in terms of the options you have of file formats and encoding rates is darned impressive though!

Thats why i use my barclaycard .... it's insured :)

got this email today... do you have an "R" face? :p

Just iTunes Music Store. Its dissapointing that Napster has more stuff I like, but then I realize that .wma sucks and .m4p (AAC) is so much better and more compatible with my life (iPod, Windows, friends Macs, etc). But, I would never use music stores if it weren't for JHymn...

umm....limewire? $19 for a lifetime subscription with unlimited downloads?
actually as far as legal, i like good ol' itunes i must say. so simple to use and it uses aac. :)
