Mostly DAB now, still use FM on my iPod and in the car but this is a DAB world now. But it's nothing, nothing, without FM.*

*For when the DAB signal is lost.

My main radio is a Pure Evoke-3 DAB/FM.

You can pause / re-wind live DAB radio and record to SD card. It's also got an EPG for scheduling timed recordings. I've never even tried the FM tuner because the DAB reception is so good where I live using the built in aerial.

It only cost me £35 in the Boxing Day sales. :)

I've also got a DAB tuner in my Onkyo CD Receiver which also picks up a great signal with the throwaway wire aerial that came with it.

Tivoli Model One

Ah, nice thread...caused me to join actually, that and buying a new whitebook.

I've got a walnut Tivoli Model One. I coveted them for several years, and then Target discontinued the line (people don't want to pay $100 for a tabletop radio at Target, evidently) and slashed prices by more than half. I picked up 4 for $40, kept one for me and gave the rest as Xmas presents.

Looks beautiful, sounds beautiful,

1945 Pye Pcr

This is my radio I use regularly its a PYE PCR communication reciever, used during WW2 as radio to entertain the troops. The set is valve based, the power transformer is a later addition as originally the set was designed to run of a dynamo in a Army vechicle.

Wow, I would have loved to pick one up for $40!
