WhatsApp BackUp (Upload) stuck

After i updated to iOS 10.3 and on the newest Version of WhatsApp i cant Backup my Chat History to iCloud Drive. It stuck at ~95% ...

Do you have enough free space on your iCloud? If so, does the issue persist after a hard reset?

Yes i have enough space in my iCloud Drive, and yes Same Problem After Hard reset.

Maybe the newest WhatsApp version is buggy or it dosent work with iOS 10.3?

Has everyone the same problem?
