Just wanted to share some official info about WhatsApp Business for iOS - testing is launching really soon.
I’ve emailed their support asking about it as I think it’s a really cool feature for a small/medium businesses. But it’s not “cool enough” to make me switch to Android...
Anyway, the response I received:
“We are starting to test the WhatsApp Business app for iOS and would like to know if you are interested in it. If so, please send us your email address associated with your Apple ID and we will send you the instructions.”
Then:
“Thanks for providing your email address. You will receive an invitation from WhatsApp Business to join the Beta program when it’s launched.”
Android version was released more than A YEAR AGO, no one knows how long testing on iOS will take (another year?), so if anyone is interested in getting early access to WhatsApp Business on iOS device - send an email to their support team.
