iPhone whatsapp call: NO SOUND NOTIFICATIONS OPTIONS

Hi everyone
when I receive a call from whatsapp, the phone vibrates and rings very softly.
I tried to modify the ringtone, but I was not able to do it.
Also, searching the web it seems that there should be an option in Whatsapp Settings, in the Notification section, i should have a CALL NOTIFICATIOn, like here

but I do NOT have this.

any help?
