iPhone Whatsapp crashes after installing some old tweak. How to fully uninstall a tweak?

I installed some old tweaks and then Whatsapp started to crash everytime I try to send a message. The only solution is rebooting and not being jailbroken anymore. As soon as I re-jailbreak, the problem with whatsapp comes back. I uninstalled all those old non compatible with ios 9.3.3 tweaks but the problem continues. Could it be something related to DS_Store files that are still on the phone? How can I fix this?

Uninstall all the tweaks concerning whatsapp

Have you tried uninstalling whatsapp and reinstalling?

Delete the tweak and then run iCleaner and set the preferences in iCleaner as I have below.
