WhatsApp i dont get any Notification in the Background

Hello..

I have this Problem Long Time now. When i Close WhatsApp, and Keep it in The backgreound i Dont get any Message. Even when i Chose it from Multitasking, i Dont get any Message. When i repon WhatsApp, then all my messages gets loaded..

Can someone help me How To fix it, so that i can get my messages, in The background?

I also had this problem in ios 9 but it was pretty rare but in ios 10 its super rare i never came across this ios 10 my best advice is to update to 10.3.1 and then hope that there will be a jailbreak for that

Turn on data.
Apple push notifications need data to be turned on.
