iPhone X WhatsApp transfer problem from old iPhone to new iPhone

Hi All

This might be little strange problem but I am facing a lot of problem for transfer of WhatsApp chat from old iPhone to new iPhone X. I bought extra iCloud space to save my chats there. Problem is by mistake I put my wife's SIM card during that backup in old phone. Now when I put my simcard again in my old phone, my old chats are gone even though iCloud is on my name and family sharing is on. So even though I put my simcard in my new phone, the chats are still not visible. So in summary what I can get is my old chats are definitely backed up in iCloud but how to get all on my new phones as when I Install WhatsApp again on new phone, it shows no backup available on iCloud!!

I Can not do through iTunes because space is not there on my laptop.

Any help would be highly appreciated !!

Not sure if you will be able to restore from a cloud, but if you will be able to free up some space for a local backup (remember that it's smaller than space taken on your device) you can try this guide from iMazing. It will allow you to restore only WhatsApp data without restoring a backup. Also the free version will work for this so no need to buy the license.

I am not sure if i can do that as all the chats have vanished from old phone also. But I remember i backed it up in icloud with the other sim by mistake.
Now main thing is how to get the chats from icloud to new phone as new phone said that no backup available in icloud
