i downloaded whatsapp+ a few weeks and tried to remove it yesterday due to the annoying ADS, anyways while cydia was doing the job it suddenly crashed and when i launched it back whatsapp+ is no where to be found in Installed, but its still installed in whatsapp and i also have all the whatsappsettings and ads. How do i remove a tweak when its not even showing in cydia under installed?

Did you try unistalling it in safe mode? Because safe mode forces the tweaks to not run on your iPhone and you can remove it.
Install PowerTap and go into safe mode and then maybe you can see it installed. Or you can completely uninstall whatsapp and install it again.
