at first I'm sorry for my bad English
I hope you can understand it.
I got an android smartphone with WhatsApp and my old phone Number. I got a new number because I bought the iPhone 7 from the Telekom Germany.
Now to my question. I want to Install WhatsApp on the iPhone 7 (it is not here already, comes in 2 Weeks), and can I restore there my Backup via Google Drive or can i Transfer it via PC on the iPhone like I can transfer it from my Android Device to my PC (Copy and Paste)? Or do I have to change my Number in WhatsApp first and can do then the backup while veryfing my number?
I can not recive Messages to my old number, because I lost my Simcard.
I am happy to get some answers, maybe in german and if you got any questions then feel free to ask.
