Wheel on Mini stopped working

I have the wired MM and the wheel stopped scrolling my screen. I can hook it to my iMac and it works. What could cause it?

Did you take a look at the Keyboard & Mouse preferences in System preferences?
When the Mighty Mouse is connected you can select what button does what, maybe the scroll ball can be assigned a action too.
I don't have one handy right now, I would check it then.

Thanks but it is set to the same settings as my iMac.

Try resetting PRAM.
