This thread is just to document hose aspects of Apple services/software/hardware that fall short of what Apple always claims to do.
Here are 2 things from my side
1. In iOS7 if the network is not working the Mail app will alert you to the unavailability of the server as many times as there are email accounts. Even if only 1 alert is sufficient. This is not a seamless experience
2. In Apple website, setting up a telephone support call yields an email that confirms the date/time of the meeting. However a ICS file is not prove .ICS file. You can use the data-generators (I think that's what they are called) but these will set the event to take place at Infinite loop. This is not inline with full integration
