Other When can you enroll in upgrade program? (Not presently an option)

With iPhone 16 just announced I went to the Apple Store App on my iPhone and did a pre-selection of the phone I wanted.

I paid off the last phone I bought through the upgrade program so I started the checkout process as a new enrollee

It will take you only so far after you select NEW ENROLL

Will it take a few more days until you are directed to the site to fill out personal information to enroll?
