My iMac has just been handed over to UPS from Kuehne & Nagel in nuneaton, warickshire. Now its only 10 minutes away as i type :D :D :D I wont be posting again for a while when i get it apart from to say ive got it and brag a bit :)p) as im in the process of ordering a wireless router as i will not have internet straight away. Just a thought, i always thought that apple used TNT?? I much prefer UPS with the gold and stuff.....

I've had stuff delivered by both... my iMac came via UPS, as did some accessories from the store. My sister's iBook that she had delivered to my address came via TNT, though that was about 5 months ago now. Perhaps they have 'switched' recently, or they use different couriers for different products. Who knows!

Anyway... enjoy your new iMac :)

Every time I've bought something from the Apple Store it has come via FedEx, but don't they use UPS for slower shipments? Applecare service parts seem to come and go via Airborne/DHL as I just found out.

I've had stuff delievered by DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The Applecare for my PowerBook came by DHL. The PowerBook and later my iPod came by FedEx. Lately I ordered Applecare for my iPod and it came by UPS. The location from which your item ships might effect the carrier. I noticed items going to and from Memphis, TN (a big hub of Apple) often use DHL. I think Apple's Pennsilvania location uses UPS.

I have found that Apple Ships using Fedex and UPS and does repairs with DHL/AirBorne Express
