If I remember correctly, the space grey mouse and keyboard were made available roughly 3 months after the release of the iMac pro.

I’d assume they will be made available at some point as Mac Pro owners will eventually want or need to buy replacement accessories.

What do you humps think? The silver keyboard with black keys is the only Mac keyboard I’d spend money on.

My Mac Pro should arrive by the end if this week and I don’t need the Magic Keyboard and the mouse. Let me know if you’re interested.

I placed an order last week for a 7,1 and forgot to add a Magic Trackpad to the configuration... I tried messaging Apple through iMessage business chat and they basically told me I can cancel the order and place a new one with the Magic Trackpad but that means I would get the order delivered to me a week after than originally anticipated...

Has anyone tried contacting Apple for replacement/special orders of the Mac Pro-exclusive accessories? It's been half a year since release and it doesn't look like they'll be adding the new color options to the Apple Store anytime soon, especially with COVID-19 still looming around...

The colour way is over-rated, to be honest. It's just the fact that they made it exclusive for now. I had the space gray keyboard, mouse, and trackpad and let it go it to make way for the Mac Pro version of the three. The space gray is better looking.

I'm using a mechanical LED keyboard and just using the silver/black for spare. I'm pretty sure there are a lot not using it and may want to sell it.

I'm guessing it will be made available to the rest after the one-year anniversary release date. So this December probably?

It’s funny, I actually don’t like the Mac Pro keyboard colour scheme, the all space grey iMac Pro one looks better IMO.

Used it for a couple of days and now back to my MX Keys.

It’s subjective, but I find all Apple space grey products to be ugly. It’s very outdated and passé.

I’d much prefer the silver with black keys or straight white or black keyboard. The grey is an eyesore.

The regular iMac looks so much better than the iMac pro. Ditto for the 2014 Mini vs. the 2018.

It’s subjective,
That it is. I use an older wireless keyboard when sitting at a desk with my MBP. I find that I prefer the black keys over the white keys (I don't touch type). I've order a new wireless keyboard in Space Gray.

It's subjective indeed. I wonder if the Space Gray came out instead and the black/silver was offered first. People would be all over it as well because it's not offered for all.

I boxed up the supplied black/silver keyboard and mouse and whipped out the Corsair K70 MKII SE with official Mac support and changed it to the proper "Command" and "Option" keys (in black).

Put out the black/silver Trackpad, but it's just on the side in case my white Magic Mouse runs out of battery.

My KB and mouse is sitting in boxes in my closet - Unused - Brand New. I'm using a Logitech G910 KB and a Logitech MX Master mouse.
