When does Apple announce WWDC keynote?

I believe last year they confirmed it 3 weeks before WWDC. This year we've heard nothing so far. All this silence from Apple so far this year has me hoping that we'll be surprised (in a good way) at WWDC.

It was about 2 and half weeks before last time, so probably any day now.

Over the last few years it has been between one week to two and a half weeks before the keynote.
