I've downloaded two themes so far and applied each with Winterboard. Neither has updated the Lock Screen. Is this typical? And I do not have "User Lock Screen" checked.

When I apply a theme with Winterboard should it update the lock screen?

Are they lockscreen themes ?
App themes run on app springboard pages, lockscreen themes just run on lockscreen page
If they are lockscreen themes, they might require LockScreen Info extension.
