When I take a screenshot it saves as a blank photo that says "PNG" on it

Hello,

Every time I try to take a screenshot my phone just saves it as a blank picture that says "PNG" on it. I can take regular photos perfectly fine and view them in gallery. Also when someone sends me a picture over iMessage I can't view it. I tried to google this problem but I can't even find anyone asking a question like this.

Super weird.
Possible to reset all settings? Or even do a factory reset.
Ios screenshots format is indeed PNG though.
