When I type search bar opens

I have tried everything from new/changing web browsers to restoring default keyboard shortcuts. I feel like its malware but when I scan the scans come back clean. I feel like it is also a simple fix in my settings that I somehow changed by accident. it is driving me crazy. here are pictures of what i am talking about.
To avoid throwing my macbook out my window I have been using Parallels to run windows 10. Please help me guys.
