I know that the international release of iPad is in late May. But most of the news I've seen are about release in Europe, and so far, I haven't really heard anything about iPads coming to Asia. Does anyone know if there are plans for releasing iPads in Asia?
If the current generation of iPads are not released in Asia, do you think it's possible for Apple to skip Gen 1 and release Gen 2 directly in Asia after fall this year? (I'm new to Apple products, does Gen 2 correctly refer to iPads with OS 4.0? Or does there have to be some kind of hardware upgrade as well?)
