When open for more developers?

Man when is Apple gonna open the App Store for more Developers? We applied to be able to post our Apps in the App Store when they announced it and started taking applications so has been like 4 months now and still haven't been approved we have 4 Apps done and ready to go on sale in the App Store and another 3 in development that are almost done but looks like we wont be able to post those either.... We are here ready to hand Apple $299 (Enterprise Plan) but they seem to not want it...

Um, the Enterprise Program is for in-house apps and not ones sold through the App Store. And Apple did open up the developer program to more people on July 12th: Apple Opening Up iPhone Developer Program

actually the Enterprise Program is for the App Store so you can sell Apps on the App Store plus you can distribute in-house applications for your Company only..

nevermind your right Enterprise doesn't allow App Store my bad but I checked and we did apply for the $99/yr Standard Plan but been like 3 months now and still haven't been Approved... Have several apps ready to launch and several more almost completed yet we can't launch cause waiting on Apple..
