when should i expect it?

I ordered a new 20" iMac yesterday, and the only thing I had added to it was 256mb of vram, I live in NJ, so when should I expect to recieve it? Apple said 1-3 days to build, and 2-3 days to ship. What are your experiences with Apple's shipping?

They said estimated ship out date of the 18th and delivery on the 22nd! That's just unacceptable. I called them and the guy said he doesn't understand why it wouldn't go out before the 18th, so he said I should get it by the 19th.

Just curious, where in NJ do you live? I'm down South in Gloucester County.

2. It's unacceptable because monday is the first day, tuesday is the second, wednesday is the third, but this said ships out thursday, which would be day 4. They said 1-3 days, not 1-4, and I thought Apple was known for quality.
