I play my Apple Music via an Amazon Echo and when I ask it to play my music it always plays '''my name's' music" and plays the same old group of songs. I have not found a way to make it play a playlist of change the songs that it considers are in my 'station'. I know this is probably also an Amazon Echo issue but surely there is someway to tell Apple to refresh my 'station' from all of my music each time it opens? I have tried clicking on a song in iTunes and 'create station' but that doesn't seem to do anything to help.

I have loads of different playlists, but again I cannot get any of them to play unless I manually click on them in iTunes. I can ask it to play music from my collection by a particular artist for instance and that works, but actual playlists are a no-no.

Any help appreciated!

If you have actual playlists set up, it should work. I have about a dozen playlists that I use regularly and Echo will play them on command.

For instance, for a playlist called "New Wave Dance Mix", I say "Alexa, play the New Wave Dance Mix playlist", and then it will play the songs. If you want to shuffle, after it starts playing, I say "Alexa, shuffle".

Hopefully that works for you.
