When taking a video or photo using my iPhone 15 Pro it is taking a long time to reach the cloud.

Yesterday it took a full day for my video and photo to reach the cloud, and the video was a very short one.
Is anyone else having this happening? seems it happened after ISO 17.4

The phone sometimes stops uploading while on battery power.
You can force upload by going to Photos, Library, scroll to the bottom and click to resume synchronisation.
