Does anyone else have this issue? I wear the sport band or classic buckle on the 4th smallest hole. It's slightly big like that, enough so that the watch will kind of shift out of position and be kind of to the side on my wrist sometimes but not so big that it's no longer detected on my wrist. If I put it on the 3rd hole, though, it's slightly snug (it actually feels okay, but I worry it looks too tight on my wrist).

I guess there isn't really any real workaround for this? I'm hoping my wrists get slightly thinner so the third hole just fits perfectly! :p

Anyone else have this goldilocks syndrome with their bands?

Have this problem with the Link Bracelet from Apple

It's either a little bigger than I'd like to where it moves if my arm isn't oily, or too small where it get's uncomfortable after a while

Near enough.
With the classic buckle, you could always go to a decent shoe/leather/watch repair shop and have a new hole punched between the two.

You could also try gritting your teeth and wearing the too-small hole for a while. Leather stretches; presumably it should get a little more comfortable eventually.

With all of my watches, yes.

Now, I don't have a watch with a micro adjust clasp (push a button and you can slide it a couple millimeters), but I've lived without one for... oh, I dunno, forty years or so.
