When will 9.3 go public beta?

9.2.1 public beta came out 24 hours after the developer beta came out. When do people anticipate 9.3 public beta to be available?

Since it introduced actual new features, I would say next week at the earliest. Public beta 1 will be dev beta 2, at least.

I don't think it will come out until 9.2.1 comes out of beta/goes to wide release.

9.3 public beta won't be released until 9.2.1 is out of public beta and officially released. I'm not sure the public beta profile can manage two different iOS versions at once.
