I have locked the phone and connected to power for half hour, but still only 1 photo got scanned.

It seems to take a while to get going, but it'll start moving through them fairly quickly once it does. It's one of those things you have to let cook for a while.

It finished overnight. However, I would say the result is not satisfying. It did not group persons correctly, and divided each person's photos into dozens of people. At this point, google photo works much better!

Mine worked fairly well, though my son was split into three different people. Still, it literally only took a couple of button presses to merge them into one, so still happy :)
