Bands are usually updated in Spring (March/April event), and Fall (Sept/Oct event). Occasionally, we get a new set of colors after WWDC.

In addition to spring and fall collections, Apple usually/often updates the Black Unity bands in January and Pride bands in May.

This question has been answered so many times already, also, in similar threads created by you, nothing has changed so far. 😉 We expect the same procedure as every year.
