Just curious as to whether you will jump right in or wait til the dust settles and the first reports start coming in with any bug reports etc.

I nearly always wait a few days but in this case it seems such a long time coming that I am likely to be an early adopter!

As soon as it comes out.... I moved away from Android to iPhone, and while i'm loving most of it, I miss some of my customization options from Android.... and I need to fill that void ^_^

I'll jailbreak immediately... But I'll wait for 3-4 days before I download stuff...

I'll probably Jb my iPhone right when it comes out. May wait on my ipad so I'm only messing with one device at first.

It would probably be better to wait for the dust to settle, but I simply don't have the patience!

Chances are:

Evasi0n servers are going to get overloaded and crash

Cydia will get overloaded and run amazingly slow (if at all)

All repos will be overloaded

The actual downloading your device does during the jailbreaking process could be crippled due to overloading of their servers

Yeah.... Things gonna be slow!

No need. With its tiny display its nearly a wasted effort. The exception being those who are fond of little phones.

Besides, I'm busy enjoying all that can be done to customize my Nexus 4 with it's gorgeous display :D

You'll learn to love pop-tarts when Apple releases their copies of larger phones. Just like the hundreds of "experts here" that are eating their words used to condemn the smaller iPad that Apple never built

If you were really enjoying your Nexus you wouldnt be at an iphone hacks forum reading about the iphone JB now would ya?:D

I like to wait so that there are documented solutions to most of the pitfalls in the JB process. Not that there usually are many, but if I encounter one, then it's more likely that someone will have found a fix and posted it online.

Many people (myself included) do not JB for customization. If you looked at my JB iPhone, you wouldn't tell the difference between stock. I only JB for added functionality (tether, activator, Bite). I've never seen someone customize their phone to look better than Apple does in terms of balancing functionality with simplicity. I pay them the big bucks to worry about that job.

glad to see majority ppl going for it right after release! gives ppl like me (who chose to wait a couple of days) time to chk out what everyone thinks and resolve any bugs (should they appear)

we're a cautious bunch. :p
