I'm going to be doing both a pre-order for the first time and I'm going to pick it up in the Apple Store.

This is in the UK.

I was wondering what day Apple actually takes the money from your bank account when you do a pre-order for in-store pickup.

Is it:

  • The day you make the pre-order?
  • The day the pre-order is available for you to pick up in-store?
  • The day you actually pick up the pre-order in-store?
