Where and How can I download movies to my iPhone?

hi! So at work I have incredibly fast wifi but anywhere else, including my
House, I'm running on 4G data which I'm using up quickly.

I'm wondering if there is a place I can visit online using my
iPhone that will allow me to download movies legally onto my
Phone at work so I can view them and play them when I get home at the end of the day.

This should be temporary only till the next month when I can get wifi hooked up at my
House.

You can watch movies by through offline by using the MxTube and MoviesTube app which are free in the App store.

There's crackle, but maybe you mean free + legal + not crappy

Also crackle has no local storage that I know of.

I have heard that popcorn time has free movies. My wife used to download many movies when she still lived overseas. Movies are available in 720p or 1080p.
