Where are all the hardware add ons?

Excluding the car GPS thingies (which don't really count), where are all the iPhone and iPod Touch add ons?

I'd REALLY like to see an EXTERNAL FLASH for the iPhone that you could plug into the pin connector, along with all the blood pressure readers, diabetes accessories etc etc.

Maybe one day :)
