i was about to buy one yesterday tbh, but then i thought heck, instead of spending $1299 on this thing, why don't i just get an ssd for my mbp instead... slightly less portable, ever so powerful

+1 as did I when my wife took the 11.6" Air i ordered for my studies on the University.

On the plus side we could sell her crapy white MB that keep cracking it's topcase and we got tired of getting it changed ever so often....
