Most of FireFox settings are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles folder.
You might have several folders in that Profiles folder, each is used by different versions of FireFox. (I have 4, each are occasionally used...)
(The ~/Library folder is normally hidden on your Mac system, but you can easily get into that folder by opening the Go menu in the Finder. Your Library folder will appear in that menu when you press the Option key.

As a follow-up to DeltaMac, who beat me by mere seconds, and I had to edit :p You might consider installing AppCleaner. It helps you completely remove apps. It also shows you where all the files are for the app :)

And you can make the ~/Library folder permanently visible by highlighting your username/home folder, and invoking the View Options. Either the View menu/Show View Options, or the keyboard shortcut Command-J. At the bottom of the view options for your home folder is a checkbox to show the Library folder. After checking that box, your Library folder will always be visible in Finder.
